On May 5, Dr. Larry Berman (Author, ‘Zumwalt: The Life and Times of Admiral Elmo Russell “Bud” Zumwalt, Jr.’) will present at the Naval War College Museum in Newport, Rhode Island.

Zumwalt is a compelling portrait of the controversial military man who iswidely regarded as the founder of the modern U.S. Navy, especially regarding changing social policy.
